A guide for myself.
live sincerely
The internet is the most mind numbing thing ever created. If you can restrain your activity to only that which propels you through rules and planning, its very powerful. Otherwise you're just gambling your time and mental health away. Don't turn on your device without reason and turn it off when you are done to not fall into the time sink of unplanned consumption. You really just have to be deliberate and conscious of what you're doing. I've often had days where the day goes by, with all my plans undone and i sit confused, wondering where it went.
